In order to provide you with excellent customer service, we begin with having our experienced personnel answer the phones when participants call. You do not need to navigate an auto-attendant which at times can be confusing and frustrating. Someone will answer the phone when you call.
Calling our office is the fastest way for you to get answers to your questions. You can also send us an email if you need some help. Emails are usually answered in the order that they are received. So if you have an emergency, please call our office rather than sending us an email.
If, however, you are unavailable during the day, which is often the case with teachers that work with one of our many school clients, please send us an email and we will be happy to respond as soon as possible.
Our associates are available to help you. Just like when you go to your doctor’s office, our associates will normally ask you some questions so that we can determine how we can resolve your problem. Where your question pertains to one of your group insurance plans, we sometimes will refer you to your broker for assistance.
