Login Instructions for the HG Mobile App
The HG Mobile App gives you secure access to your account—view balances, submit claims, track reimbursements, and more. If this is your first time logging in, we’re here to make it easy.
Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Create Your Login Credentials
You’ll be asked to register as a new user the first time you log in.
Enter your User ID and Password.
- Your USER ID is the first letter of your first name, followed by your last name, followed by the last four digits of your Social Security #.
- Your PASSWORD is the last four digits of your Social Security #
You can create a new Password at any time by tapping “Change Username/Password” under your “Profile”. Passwords must have at least 6 characters including:

- 1 uppercase
- 1 lowercase
- 1 number
- You will then be asked to create a 4-digit passcode, then re-enter the 4-digit passcode.
Step 2: Explore your THG Mobile App
Log in anytime using your newly created username and password. From the dashboard, you can:
- View account balance and recent transactions
- Submit claims and upload receipts
- Use your phone’s camera to scan bar codes to see if items are eligible for reimbursement
- Track reimbursements and debit card activity
- Add your benefits card to your Mobile Wallet
- Sign up for direct deposit to get your reimbursements even faster!
